We operate a no quibble returns policy except on custom build items providing you return an item within 30 days of receipt. Items which have been customised are non returnable.

We do not offer exchanges.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to twenty-one days when we're very busy. Over the last year we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this year.
